Staff
The most important element in providing an amazing summer experience is having an amazing staff.
We start hiring our summer staff in the fall and look for people that believe in our mission, have a passion for working with teens, and love being in the outdoors. In addition to ensuring the safety of the campers, our staff is there to guide, teach, and learn along with the campers. We hire staff that tend to be a few years older than typical summer camp staff and have more life experience. Many of them are teachers or youth group advisors during the school year and have a wealth of experience working with teens.
