ITINERARY

Spend three days getting to know each other, playing team building games, learning outdoor skills and wilderness first aid, and joining in camp-wide activities.
DAY 4: TRAVEL TO UTAH

DAY 5: HIKING IN ZION, UTAH
Our hikes will allow you to see unique sandstone cliffs ranging in color from cream, to pink, to red, as well as arches, hoodoos, and more.

DAY 6: CANYONEERING NEAR ZION, UTAH
Canyoneering refers to traveling through a steep narrow area using a variety of skills: hiking, splashing through streams, scrambling over boulders, and rappelling through waterfalls into cool pools. Using ropes and harnesses, you'll rappel 180 feet into a beautiful slot canyon, down-climb over logs and boulders and down rock chimneys, and wade through pools of water.

DAY 7: THE NARROWS IN ZION, UTAH
The "Narrows" is an incredible place and an unforgettable hike. Imagine wading in flowing water through a corridor of red, brown, black, and beige stone towering 1,500 feet above you. Walking upstream, you will be awestruck by the immense proportions of this sky-stone-river hallway. With each bend of the river, the canyon twists and turns, revealing vast overhangs, sculpted towers, and striking, vertical walls of rock.

DAY 8: HIKING IN BRYCE CANYON, UTAH
Bryce Canyon has been called a cave without a ceiling and a forest of stone. The word 'canyon' is misleading since Bryce is carved by freeze-thaw cycles, not a river. Enjoy a sunset hike through this unique natural wonder.
DAY 9: TRAVEL TO MOAB, UTAH

DAY 10: SHABBAT CELEBRATION AND EVENING HUMMER TOUR IN MOAB, UTAH
Shabbat is a time for rest, relaxation, and re-charging. Campers will come together to create a meaningful, communal experience.
Moab's exciting terrain allows you to experience what a HUMMER is really capable of. The tour guides will show us secluded canyons, hidden arches, prehistoric dinosaur tracks, and panoramic views as you ascend to the tops of the cliffs surrounding Moab.

DAY 11: BIKING AND ORGANIC FARM SERVICE PROJECT IN MOAB, UTAH
Many consider Moab to be the mountain biking capital of the country. We'll start with a beginner trail, with a chance to try something a little more adventures as the day continues.
We have a great opportunity to volunteer with the Moab Youth Garden Project, helping to cultivate healthy, organic fruits and vegetables.

DAYS 12-14: WHITEWATER RAFTING ON THE COLORADO RIVER
Often called a miniature Grand Canyon, the Westwater Canyon segment of the Colorado River has it all... a beautiful wilderness canyon including fifty miles of the river's finest beaches, side canyons, campsites, and of course, great rapids. You'll spend three days paddling your way downstream, enjoying great riverside dinners, and keeping your eyes out for bald eagles and herons.

DAY 15: FUN DAY IN PARK CITY, UTAH
On the way up to Park City, you will see a different side of the Utah landscape. In Park City, you will have the chance to pick from several different activities including disc golf, ice skating at Utah Olympic Park, alpine sliding, ziplining, or splashing around at a water park.

DAY 16: TRAVEL BACK TO BASE CAMP
DAYS 17 AND 18: BASE CAMP AND CLOSING CEREMONIES
At the very end of the session, the entire Adamah Adventures family will return to Base Camp to celebrate all that has been accomplished. The adventure concludes with a final Shabbat celebration and closing campfire ceremony.
