Limmud is coming back to Atlanta on March 21-22, 2009. I will be leading a session on Worm Composting (Session 6, Sunday, 4:45-6:00pm) and we will have a table with some information about us. If you're there, come say hi! See below for more information...

Good news...we got a letter back from the IRS yesterday saying they've approved our application to be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization!! That means we can officially start receiving tax-deductible donations...anybody want to make the first one and kick-off our scholarship fund??

The past few weeks, we've been focusing on marketing. For a number of reasons, we will be changing our name and logo, and are working with a marketing firm to begin that process. (If you have any great name ideas, let us know!!) It's a bit overwhelming to think about all the factors that go into creating a name, a message, and a brand identity. We want to sound Jewish, but not too Jewish...we want to attract people who like summer camp, but also those who don't...we want to attract kids that love to rock climb, but also those that are intimidated by it.
