Structure

The Adamah Adventure begins as Jewish teens from around the country arrive at our Atlanta and Seattle Base Camps for team building games; outdoor skills and wilderness first aid training; goal setting and community building; and a Shabbat celebration with the Adamah Adventures family.

After finishing their trek preparation, teens hit the road to begin their trek. Each trek includes a variety of outdoor activities -- hiking, climbing, and rafting – along with plenty of time to relax, swim or just hang out together. Most nights are spent at campsites, with campers and staff cooking and eating together. Often there is music, stories, and discussion.

At the end of the trek, the Adamah Adventure family returns to Base Camp to celebrate, as one community, all that has been accomplished – individually and collectively. The adventure concludes with a final Shabbat celebration and closing campfire.
